I will most likely watch The Power of the Dark Crystal when it comes out even though I know it will be nothing compared to the original. Plus I’m 33 years old and muppets probably won’t have the same effect on me. I am hopeful but I am completely aware that this movie probably won’t have me aching to buy the dolls.

But to this day I can honestly say the most awesome scene from the original was when the 2 Gelflings fall over a cliff and the girl’s wings spread. When they land the boy says I don’t have wings. The girls says, matter of factly, “Of course not. You’re a boy.”
