I read The Soloist and fell in love with Mark Salzman’s writings. It has humor, references to cellos and prodigies. Love this stuff. Read everything he’s ever written, went to as many readings he gave in LA and SF and I’m still waiting for something new from him. Something better has come. His wife, Jessica Yu, has released a new film which I’m sure is going to be amazing. God I love this couple.
